elevator inconvenience occasional malfunction
The elevators proved notably inconvenient. It took a significant amount of time to navigate between floors. This issue was compounded by occasional malfunctions that forced the use of stairs. This delay affected my schedule considerably.

the location provided quick access to the 9/11 memorial, a subway station, and the Staten Island ferry.. brooklyn bridge pedestrian path was also nearby. my room featured a modern design and cleanliness.

Really good Stay Downtown
convenient location shopping centers comfy bed easy access
I found the location very convenient. It is close to the world trade center and the brooklyn bridge. There were many shopping centers nearby, a great advantage. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed staying here, especially due to easy access from jfk airport. The modern room had a comfy bed, which i appreciated after long travel days.
The elevators were sometimes slow, i had to wait longer during peak times.

The hotel benefits from excellent positioning. It is near several metro stations, shops, and cafés, which simplifies getting to and from the airport. This area offers convenient access to many services and key points of interest.

The hotel offers a lively bar with a youthful atmosphere, serving good drinks and snacks. I found the recreational area quite funky. The hotel also provides vip lounge access (i found the information useful).

Although the hotel has no explanatory information regarding the breakfast, it can be an issue. There is a credit of twenty five dollars (25$) and you should pay the rest. An avocado toast with eggs can cost nineteen dollars (19$).

incomplete blackout difficult sleep
the location proved convenient, especially for accessing nearby attractions.
the room lacked essential amenities I expected. the blackout shades did NOT fully block light. this made sleeping difficult given the street illumination.

the location is great in the downtown area. The bar area has a trendy vibe. The room was nice and neat.
the drinks were too expensive I found. There was no tea pot available in the room. Waiters were a little rude at times.
